Do you groom cats?
Cat services we provide are: bathing, nail trimming, and ear cleaning. At this time, we do not offer haircut services for cats. Please give us a call for a personal recommendation if that is what you're looking for!

How long will the grooming take?
For haircuts, we ask for a time frame of 2-3 hours. For baths, we ask for a time frame of 1-2 hours. Please note: These are only estimates and can vary depending on the size, condition, and temperament of your dog. Some dogs may need a little extra care than others, and that is perfectly ok!

How much does the grooming cost?
We do not give set prices until we are able to see & evaluate the dog at check in. Our pricing is determined by breed, coat condition, and temperament.

What shots do you require?
We require an up to date proof of rabies at 4 months and up. An invoice/bill from your vet will do, as long as there is a clear expiration date. We are able to contact your veterinarian directly if the paperwork is not convenient for you. We will not be able to groom your dog without the proof of rabies, as this is required by law at 4 months of age.

What is your cancellation policy?
In the event you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours of your appointment time (or no-show), you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee per dog that will need to be paid up front before your next appointment. This policy is in place to allow us ample time to fill the time slot.
